Braintcroft Primary School's Gardening Club

 Welcome to the Braintcroft Gardening Club! 

Here at Braintcroft we care about healthy eating and wanted the chlidren to learn more about where their food comes from. We decided to put to good use a patch of waste land in our junior playground. With the generous help and hard work of parents, children and teachers we have managed to create an allotment with raised beds where all the children contribute to growing vegetables, fruits and salads.

 Children in the nursery have been picking carrots. Some have picked so many that we can hardly see them!
